Do support players ever get full build?
I kind of wonder what it would feel like to have more than 2-3 items.

Yes when they play Soraka or Sona top.
I hardly ever do.

Sometimes, when the game reaches 40 minutes, but that's not often. Even If my ADC is ahead, I'm 2 times lower their gold. It's a miracle If I even can complete 3-4 items to be honest...

That's an honest 250-300 AP with runes, still more than 2016 full builds.
