I think i've discovered a way to get season ranked rewards as honor level 0 or 1.

First of all i apologize for my English, im not a native speaker.

First, few days till season ends you transfer your account to another region (whatever region u prefer, for example from EUW to Turkey) Then you play a ranked game there and youll be assigned a ranked tier and division (tipically very similar to your original region unless you have a very bad or good MMR)

When the season ends you should get the season rewards cause you are honor level 2 (honor level doesnt transfer between regions, so after transfer you become instantly honor 2).

Now you have the rewards you can go back to your main region. Your friendlist (and all the account's stuff) will be the same than before the process.
