Blitzcrank's hook reaching is wrong according to template
First of all, excuse me for my awful english. Im from Spain and im trying my best to explain this.
As you can see in the picture, the target is outside the template, so the hook shouldnt land on it, but it does. You can try on a custom game to prove it by urself
