How do I find the correct request for draw for free rp?

I can't seem to find the correct one. I am kinda confused since I need a couple rp for something.

send a message to the support team if you're missing a little bit of rp for something (I assume you have to say "I'm X RP short for X skin") they'll add it to your account

You can send your request for a small amount of RP once to Riot Support through a Support Ticket or tweet @RiotSupport on Twitter.
