Is it good that I don't flame nor rarely speak in all/team chat?

Not flaming is great. Never speaking can be fine too; the ping system is designed to facilitate most communication necessary for basic teamwork.

For sure man, typing in chat is a risk... Some snowflake might take offense to anything you say and you'll get restricted.

Well, it's strictly better than flaming, but consider that you'll probably get more honor if you communicate with your team. Stuff like "gg", "thanks", "sorry", that kinda thing. Stuff that's not on the ping wheel.

Sounds like me. I very rarely type in chat, unless I'm answering a question. Not typing at all is miles better than flaming, but if you wanna not type at all, still use pings to communicate.

It's good. There's a reason people reccomend /muteall as a tip for climbing. I don't do it but I will still trash talk the enemy team like when they try to deul me since I main i I put a ? In all chat to tilt them when I kill them. They usually die there is a difference between hate speach and flamming and trash talk. Flamming is you are saying your team is trash telling someone kys. Hate speach is you disgusting refugees desrve broken arms for 3 months. Or calling Jews k*kes. Saying anything super offense or discriminatory. It it just like wtf was that idiots, ?, Or ggez, then it's fine. Not typing in chat is fine. That's why the ping system exists. Also the guys that are productive don't type. I even find myself not typing alot when im 20/5 or something like that. I haven't been banned or chat restricted and I probably never will be.

I leave chat unmuted but have it scaled down to 0, that way its still visible, but as the saying goes, out of sight out of mind,
