Why I can't get Lux Prestige Skin from re-roll, tho I already have every skin except for the limits

Finally, the Battle Academic is here. It's so dope and I love it.

But weirdly, since in Loot system only the skins you don't have will come out from re-roll and I have every skin except for the limit edition (which is the exception), how come I can't get Battle Academic Lux Prestige Edition from re-roll system? And I just wasted 6 skin shards for 2 skin permanents which I already have:(

I got Akali and Kaisa Prestige Skins from re-roll before, so I assumed It should work the same as for Lux's.

Is it a Bug or something? [sg-ahri-1]

I just wasted 6 skin shards doing this as well. All the other prestige skins were re-roll-able but this one isn't? 2000 Tokens practically means I can't spend tokens on anything else now. Supremely annoying and I want my skin shards back. [sg-shisa]

I'd like to know if this skin is available from re-roll (or chests?) as well. Or if it might be available for purchase via Prestige points in the future.

(I didn't know you could get any prestige skins from re-roll, is prestige Akali still available this way as well?)

Riot please answer this! I also wasted shards trying for this skin! You cant have them all be re-rollable and then just stop with no warning.

works for me atm, loot table probably bugged , this isnt the first time , probably wont be the last time considering its riot
