Why I can't get Lux Prestige Skin from re-roll, tho I already have every skin except for the limits

Finally, the Battle Academic is here. It's so dope and I love it.

But weirdly, since in Loot system only the skins you don't have will come out from re-roll and I have every skin except for the limit edition (which is the exception), how come I can't get Battle Academic Lux Prestige Edition from re-roll system? And I just wasted 6 skin shards for 2 skin permanents which I already have:(

I got Akali and Kaisa Prestige Skins from re-roll before, so I assumed It should work the same as for Lux's.

Is it a Bug or something?

I'm having the same exact issue. Have all skins. Submitted a ticket. Got 2 dupes of graves and 1 of jayce through re-rolls. Just missing Battle academia prestige lux and it won't unlock -.-

I got a similar situation except I can't get Lux's regular(and consequently Prestige) skin and Jayce's skin. I have all the others(Ezreal, Katarina, Graves and Yuumi) but not these two. Its not that they don't drop(that happens just fine); its that they don't get saved into my collection therefore I can draw them an infinite number of times but they won't be usable in any games.
