Akali as a T4-champ keeps getting nerfed, meanwhile Talon remains OP for months??

In the new patch, Akali gets nerfed AGAIN (rip.) I understand it's for balancing the performance between pros' and ordinary players- and as an Akali player, I don't like this adjust but still be ok with that.

The main point is- Since Akali's W got nerfed several times in the recent patches, she's no longer one of the top-tier champs anymore. Meanwhile, I can't remember how long Talon has been T1 champ at mid lane- without any adjustment.

I play mid/bot for most of the time, and get really sick of Talon's continuingly one-shot everyone and showing up literally everywhere. I know this is his style and how he works, but don't you think he's been really over-power for too long? And for the love of those mages and marksmen, it's necessary that he get nerfed.

I mean, I played Akali top this patch on my secondary and won. Sure, you trade like shit, but the execution damage and your mid to late game strength is there still despite the nerf. All the nerf means is you need to build Lich and run Conq. Simple.

She's being nerfed because people who play her well, play her too well, it's the kalista/Azir/Ryze case,
