Depends. What kind of plate are we talking here? If it's bronze or mithril, Id just take it and wear it, either way with a bronze sword equipped, and noob it up. Bonus points to people who know what Im talking about

Sell it. In this day and age, armor is typically ineffective for defensive purposes, but the metal materials its made from could be valuable. Plus if it has a intricate design people would by it as a collector's item.
