when i try to Insec with LeeSin and i get cockblocked by Hexdrinker.

It stops magic damage, not true damage to the best of my knowledge. Both their ults do true damage, even though the shield still "pops" due to a bug, it's not actually shielding them for any damage.

For real though. How dare they counter play Darius? They should just change his ult to dealing 20% Max HP as true damage per stack of hemorrhage
