Twisted Fate needs a Partner in Crime so I am creating this one

Loaded Bombs Passive: Every 3rd attack slows enemy movement speed by 5% by throwing ::Loaded Dice:: at enemy units that either Explodes or gives 10+ gold on enemy unit death passive resets per kill and can stack effects

Q-Hit or Stay

She channels her Q Picking a Red Card or Blue Card with a Giant Questionmark, she can either activate i for 5 seconds of the mark making her next basic attack deal 5% Max Health in Magic Damage

> Red Card ---enemy unit switches places up to 1-10 spaces and are Stunned for 0.75 seconds- 1.5 seconds depending on how Close/Far they were hit(closer they are less they are stunned) > Blue Card---Enemy unit loses 20% movement speed for 2 seconds and Fateless Gains 10 + 5% AP of the movement speed they lost + 3% mana > > Can not Pick Cards until Max Rank of Q

W-Twin Dealers Gain Passive amounts of Attack Speed from level 1-18, can not gain attack speed from items instead converts the attack speed into Cooldown by 1.5% Movement speed by 0.5% and AP by 3.5%, once CoolDown is capped gain an additional 15% Attack Speed

W-Splits her Loaded Dice into 2 Decoy Traps, that countdown from 3 seconds, they look like Her at last second and Fateless can swap positions with it if enemy does not destroy them, they each start with 10 health, and explode at end of countdown for 20% true damage

E-Gain increase Vision while in bushes Can teleport behind enemy champions spraying dizzy dust that fears them taking 1-30 dot damage
