Why am I not capable of winning against Gold players?

Start of the season, I got placed Gold 4 and climbed to Plat 4 in 25 games with a 90% winrate. Then I climbed to Plat 2. At this point my MMR was at least D4+ because I was playing with/againt P2 - D3 players almost every single game. Then something happened, got demoted to Plat 3, got demoted to Plat 4, and I've been Plat 4 for probably 100 games now. I get placed with low golds every game, who feeds almost every game, and I face golds who do better than me at every aspect of the game. I lose to Gold players in lane.

I'm just completely lost as to in the matter of one month I go from winning against Diamond players to losing against Gold players. I haven't played less than usual, I havent changed the champs I've been playing, I just lose.

Got a Challenger coach by the name of "Epique" who suggested: "You are the unluckiest player on Earth" "Stick to Kaisa because the botlane meta is broken as of now".

I just don't know how I can go from Gold 4 - Plat 2, 90% wr, 1v9 Twitch almost every game. To losing, every, single, game, against worse players.

TBH the ranked reset and positional ranked thing really pushed a lot of people who belong in plat into gold. I think that'd be one factor beyond simple luck affecting you.

It's honestly possible to be unlucky Hell At times I was unlucky like that too

Its called elo hell, lvl a new account and start a fresh (that always helps me). PS - maybe change your champs up

I usually have fun in that elo hell :) Like i have 500 matches now and hardstuck diamond but still fun :)

Silver through low diamond is essentially all one giant skill range. The players are relatively the same in terms of ability with slightly better mechanics the higher up that range you go. They are all literally clueless when it comes to comps and macro and the ranking system itself is terrible at accurately ranking players and even worse, therefore, at matching them for games.

Anything below diamond 2 is a total toss up as far as what you'll get for teammates and what you'll face and because matchmaking is and always had been, essentially, broken, your best bet is to use op.gg before every match and identify the times when you've been matched poorly with "plat" and "diamond" players with silver level individual skill metrics. Just dodge those lobbies.
