No event pass released, Neeko prestige shown with normal 100 point (not token) prestige skins, "event" orbs not containing any sort of tokens and way more expensive than usual.

No. There is no event for SG. It was a skin release with some purchasable loot. The next event, with a pass and all is in 9.19 for Worlds.
It was already confirmed a looong time ago that there won't be a star guardian event
The next event will be the worlds event
I'm guessing URF wasn't coming out as well?
