Looking for a group of 'newer' players

I would like to participate in the pool party events, but I'm a fairly new player (level 13) so I don't want to join a random team and get yelled at the whole match for being newer and still in the process of learning, so I was hoping to form a group of people who might be in the same boat and just want to play for fun and practice while still getting event rewards.
