Where I used to live a local restaurant made theirs from scratch and they were amazing. They sold them every Sunday as well as their homemade hot sauce.....
I miss that place....
you should inquire with local restaurants.
If you really want good tortilla its best to make it at home that way its fresh and you know exactly whats in it.
