A purely SP game: Rimworld. There's something oddly satisfying in building your own colony, defend it against raiders, build up your reputation, start trading, crafting furniture out of human skin and taming animals.
If you want Coop: Portal 2, Minecraft, Tabletop Simulator, Golf It! or BattleBlock Theater
My friend's mom plays Starcraft 2 with him and his brother's as a way to keep in touch with them now that they've left the nest.
It really depends on your grandma and what kinds of games she likes. I think your safest bet will be to find games that are similar to real world games she's played.
