Skin Refunds for Reworked Champions

Can I get my rp back for champs that have gotten full vgu's, because when riot effectively removes champs that I used to play, while i am somewhat fine with that i just wish i could have at least like half the rp i spent on those skins back because they aren't the skins that i had originally bought. I am never going to play urgot, or aatrox again because they are 2 new champions that i am never going to play again and it pains me to have wasted so much money on champs that don't exist anymore. I don't even care if it's a full refund or what not, just like half or something back would be great.
