The state of Rakan
So riot makes a champion for engage and disengage then nerfs it to the ground? this doesnt make any sense riot are you ok? even a jhin can just walk out a rakans W now and he has the lowest mobility out there

To be fair, if the skillshot is so fast that even pro players can't react fast enough to get out of it, that probably wasn't meaningful counterplay.
If Rakan takes a hit to his viability, they'll probably buff him elsewhere.
