Loot Chests?

I don't think I've gotten a chest since they updated the way honor works... I mean I'm honor level 3 so far and I have 4 available according to my profile... Why am I not getting them?

Because Honor Capsules are not chests and based on your honor rank.

Loot Chests are still earned via S rank games on champions.
