Starry Night LuLu

I'm not a great artist, however I believe that Starry Night Lulu would be an amazing skin. She could be modeled after the boy in the pixar short "La Luna"

Spell Effects: All of the stars are large and cartoon esque. Similar to the ones in the photo.

Pix: Pix should be modeled after the grandfather, with an extra large beard.

Q: Two shooting stars, trails of sparkles, pretty.

W: Polymorphs enemies into a star. Friendly cast, allies leave a path of twinkling stars

E: Friendly: Twinkling stars surround the ally, protecting them.

R: A burst of stars shoot from underneath enemies close to the chosen ally, knocking them up. The slow effect is glowing, and similar to a full moon in the way the moon is depicted in the short at the end.

If an artist would make a concept for this that'd be amazing!
