(Champion Concept) Lyurri - The Spirit of Empathy

This is my attempt at creating an interesting support champion who does NOT use mana, and instead has a new resource to manage.

Jubilance - Passive - Lyurri stores a percentage of damage dealt near her (Does not reduce damage) and converts into Jubilance. Lyurri uses Jubliance as a resource for her abilities. Once filled, Lyurri deals and receives 30% bonus damage, Lyurri can spend all of her Jubilance to cast Calming Circle, or one basic spell without causing a cool down.* Jubilance stacks up to 200.

Penance - Q - Lyurri sends out a pulse of white light at an ally or an enemy. If cast on an ally they are hasted* by 10,20,30%. If cast on an enemy, it deals 80 / 115 / 150 / 185 / 220 (+ 80% AP). Any champion between her and her target receive the same effects. Cool Down 10 seconds. Consumes 50 Jubilance.

Haste* Increases both movement speed and attack speed.

Catch / Release - W - Lyurri Neutralizes the next enemy spell with a travel time (anything stoppable by a Yasuo Wind Wall, or Braum Shield) within 2 seconds. Lyurri is then able to release that same spell back at a targeted location. The spell retains the properties of the original spell, but any damage it would have dealt is reduced by 50%. Cool Down 40, 38, 36, 34, 32 seconds. Consumes 100 Jubilance.

Flight! - E - Lyurri flits to a target location, if she is near a champion when the dash completes, she receives bonus 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15 armor and magic resist. If the champion she is near is an ally they receive this bonus as well. If the champion is an enemy, they receive -5,7.5,10,12.5,15 armor and magic resist. Cool Down 14 seconds. Consumes 75 Jubilance.

Calming Circle - R - Lyurri creates a zone of peace on the ground, causing enemies standing in the circle to be slowed by, and deal 30,40,50% less damage to allies. Allies standing in the circle when cast receive a shield for 30,40,50% max health. This shield builds rapidly over two seconds while the allied champions remain in the circle, and falls off at an equal rate after leaving. Cool Down 120, 100, 80 seconds. Consumes 200 Jubilance

(* The effects of the spell cast with no cool down can not be stacked. If cast again the spell will just refresh the duration. Calming Circle can not be cast twice in a row with this effect. The amount of Jubilance that can be stored, and the rate at which it is stored can be altered for balance.)

Also what if her passive resource was a situational thing. It sits on a meter that swings both ways. Defensive casting and passive play sees it go towards the good side (lets call it tranquility) and offensive play sees it go to nature's wrath side. Each side would give a %buff to the effects of skills it pools with. IE more tranquility creates a longer lasting spell reflect but more wrath sees it last a shorter period but amplify the damage return.

The ult could become a situational defensive or offensive zone. Your team is being pushed you may want a d zone (obviously you can play to make an offensive zone though) and vice versa.

I like this hero idea. Seems to me to be a high skill support with options that is actually balanced. Too many new concept heros just seem to be broken or boring. Heck I would main this hero 100%

um so the only way she can cast abilities is if she is constantly getting hit by enemy unit AA and abilities?

if so I would like to see her being able to reduce more damage, i mean if she HAS to tank and peel just to cast abilities then there should be away for her to do it safely, or to negate it in some why like how Tahms E works (just as an example)

I feel like this is tough be cause it would just feel really bad to attack her if you kno its just gonna make her stronger (escpecially w/ W's mirror effect), no one would want to touch her,

i mean all u gotta do is not attack her and then she can't do anything (well except minions (stupid minions making the enemy stronger)), I feel like her passive ought to be disabled during Hard CC for fairness

I also feel that it could be cool if she gained Jubilance based on the number of ally champs effected by Q and R, that way she doesn't have to only rely on enemies attacking her

I have ideas like, targeting an enemy champion and for the next like 8 sec, she negates a percent of the damage to her health but still takes the same amount of Jubilance out of the attacks that she normally would

I would also suggest allowing her to be able to link to allies in some way so a percent of the damage is taken by her instead so she can still charge up her Jubilance (she'd be even stronger with Bond of Stone)

Im not sure about the mirror effect on the W, its way too powerful I don't think Riot would ever do it

Also her W is counter intuitive as a support that needs to take dmg to cast abilities. If she needs to take dmg let her take it, just negate a % of it and let her gain full Jubilance for it, I also feel that as a support it would be cool if she could grant like 75% of the damage from the "negated" attack to an ally someway on their next AA or damaging ability
