Can we buff Tahm Kench?

As the title says, Tahm is in dire need of a buff. In his main role, he has a winrate of 46%. This is lower than mid lane mages and top laners that play secondary support roles. That's just sad. He didn't need the nerfs they randomly gave him a few patches ago. His early game is fine. mid-late game he falls off super hard and is pretty much hot garbage when it comes to "tanking damage". This might be a problem with damage as a whole, but from my experience, tahm get's completely shredded by a carry or mid laner with a few items right now. He was already a niche pick, but very good at what he did. Now he's just average/below average in every area, and not good enough to warrant a pick. Tahm was not even being picked that often at the time, and had around 49-50% winrate. Why was he even nerfed? I just don't understand the logic at all behind it...

Please buff my River King. Right now he's a River Peasant :(

tahm is good at keeping gaps between teams If his team his ahead, you'll never kill him or the carries and you can expect to have 2-3 man ganks out of nowhere if he's behind you essentially have a meatshield that can't do anything much unless he gets in an extended fight, where he sacrifices all his peel to do some cc. And if he tries to run away you can p much single him out and kill him and the carry he's carrying.

They made it so there's a chance you might kill him now.

No, he is anti gameplay and needs to be kept weak.

They just added a thing to Irelia so one melee might be able to win against him finally.

Perhaps if every other melee got a way to shred shields like paper the we might be able to consider this.
