Interface menu. I'm guessing that turns off the popups that appear on the side of the screen.

You don't. People are paying for this to show up on people's death screen that did NOT pay for it and don't want to ever see it. Their goal is to try and get you to buy it as well. it's a disgusting tactic and should not be allowed.
