  1. Before you give me the crap that riot is a company I know that, but acording to them they are given fairly and they try to give out skins to champions that dint have in a long while, some champions which deserve one are :Ivern Kindred Lissandra AurelionSol For god sake aueriol sol got on skin from his release and now he he has none, can't remember the last time lissandra got one even if she doesn't deserve one ivermectin got one skin from his release and again no new skins and kindred had so many God damn concepts ,I think she is the champion with the most concepts, blood moon ,reverse, sweetheart and even an elder wood!but riot decided to give her a skin on her release and as riot says they make skins with the idea of what a champion would look like if?who came up with the idea of kindred being in a robot suit? This isn't code geas, and 2 years of wait has gone to shit, even with the other champions ,how come Jhin gets a release skin,a blood moon a project and a skt in 1-1.5years ?i get sit doesn't count but I think it counts a bit since he did get the skin and instead of riot saying that is enough and he just got a skin they gave him another, for fuck sake man I know riot is a company and that there a lot of champions who needs skins but riot keeps giving the popular ones I mean Katarina has 2 Halloween skins!yea so what only popular champions can get a skin? JarvanIV with his popularity hasn't gotten a single skin in like 6 years?I

Skins are additional content not critical to the game. Riot is under no obligation to create them in any particular order or pattern.

Further, many champions fit a specific theme well and so may get a new skin "out of order". This breaks the cycle and makes it appear unfair, but that's not considering those special skins don't count.

Riot makes skins for more popular champions more frequently, because they sell more and more people want them

No champion "deserves" skins. A company that creates unwanted products is not a smart or successful one

Riot addressed in May that they were planning to do skins for champs who haven't gotten skins in a while, within the year. So hopefully by May of next year they'll be getting some skins. Lissandra and Kindred got skins in April and May of 2016.

Being the winners of worlds, SKT T1 chose the champions they wanted to get skins for, Bang chose Jhin.

Champs like Kat, Annie, Ryze, MF, etc. are champions that have been in the game for 10 years, so naturally they would have more skins, and a lot of their skins are just simple recolours. Plus those champs have a lot of legacy skins, so they're not in the shop all year round. Kat has 10 skins, but only 5 of them are available for purchase.

Just because you don't like the Super Galaxy skin doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

Skins take 4-6 months to make, meaning the Jhin skins were already probably in production when Bang decided he wanted the skin for Jhin.

Kat, Annie and Ryze were part of the original 40 champions, so yeah they have a larger quantity of skins, but a lot of their skins are not top quality. Would you rather Kindred and a lot of the other champions get a huge amount of skins, but their quality is bad, or would you rather wait and get a good quality skin for them?
