so..the shop refers to kindred as an assassin and marksman,and i belive a rioter confirmed it.she cant play blood moon which is for assasins..and she cant play overcharge which is for marksmen..so what the hell is this shit riot?

I'm not sure about the Marksmen one but Riot chooses which champs are assassins rather than using the in-game classifications. For example, Kayn is labelled as an assassin but he'll only be added in with the ability to go blue kayn, since Red Kayn isn't an assassin-like champ.
They probably feel like her ult would cramp the game mode. For assassin mode definitely. Not sure what the new one will be like exactly.
