Jungler camp toplane all early game and then complain about botlane loosing

There's no denie that we are in better botlane meta rightnow, get even 2 kills game i just over Yet for some reason jungler spend early game just afk toplane and Then tape in chat "report my botlane for feeding and inting", First of all, Why would u camp toplane, there's not point of it, No matter how much fighter get feed, He wont be able to beat feed botlane and seconde, U spend early game Afk toplane While the jgl with brain snowball botlane and get free Lp, Im bringing this topic Bc im honesly from not being able to play the game bc of enemy jgl afk top from lvl 1 intel lvl 18 and then start flaming and insult other" report my botlane for feeding" How about u dumb jgl main get reported for being toxic and stupid at same time? I realy hope this mental of afk toplane no matter what winning condition stop bc its realy toxic and create unfun environnement for everyone.
