Weird Custom Games

Just opened up custom games to see if anyone was chilling and wanted to chat and at the top was this large chunk of strange lobbies. No idea what board this belongs under. (NA server)

I assume its all bot accounts or something, but why would they be sitting in custom lobbies by themselves and not spamming games or something?

Pretty sure they're bots advertising their account selling / boosting services.
