Depends on the skin

I think that they're priced at a premium because, for the most part, they introduce new innovations to the game and provide multiple paths for use. Example: DJ Sona had 3 different music tracks you could switch between out of combat - Elementalist Lux has many different manners in which to "upgrade" your elements (or whatever you call it).

To me, both of those are really cool - but the music changing was kinda distracting to me (I always tried to get the best music for the situation) so I actually refunded DJ Sona. Elementalist Lux, OTOH, is one of my favorite skins - it's not distracting but it's really cool to be able to have virtually a completely different skin every time I play her.

I personally don't see the appeal of GGMF, but I know there are likely many players who would like that skin - and given that there have been ultimate skins in all lanes except top (which has had multiple Mythic skins and many Legendary skins recently) it doesn't seem too far fetched that an ADC would get one - given that the only other "ultimate" ADC skin is Pulsefire Ezreal which, to be quite honest, isn't really up to par with what is currently expected of an ultimate skin.

Never, would rather wait until their early sales or general sales to snag one.

Exclusives are, funny to me, are not as exclusive seeing as there are so many. So don't ever feel pressured when it comes to 5k RP ultimate bundles.

I have never paid 25 bucks in one sitting for a skin. All my epic/legendary skins were gifted to me by friends or the loot crate system.

I haven't bought a skin since they stopped being 975 as a base price.

If the skin is for a champion I play then I'd probably buy it. If Riot announced a Legendary/Ultimate Renekton skin for example I'd buy it unless it was absolutely terrible. If the skin is for a champion I don't play/don't play often I'd skip unless the skin is really good for the price (for instance, I bought Urf the Nami-tee and Hextech Galio despite not playing either often since I had a sale on them and really like the skins).

Overall though I'd generally wait for early sales for skins unless you really want the "I bought it the patch it came out" cosmetic borders.

Not worth.

Like ripping my scrotum out of my anal canal.

Definitely not worth.

I bought Nier Automata for $5 more. Not saying the game is good, but I definitely think I got more value with that than I would buying a single skin for $25

the same as I feel for anything that isn't necessary to play

never buy anything digital-only

If you buy all the skins, then all the skins cost $3 each.
