Found Boosters. Riot Won't Punish.

Hi, League Community.

I think I may have found a few accounts I suspect to be boosting. I submitted a Support Ticket to Riot, but they only responded with an automated message. What should I do now?

It may appear that it's an automated message, but I can assure you it's been reviewed by an actual person. As long as you sent a ticket in and it's been seen, there's nothing more you need to do. They won't tell you if they're punished or not to protect the privacy of the other players, but this doesn't mean they haven't been.

One thing to keep in mind is that unless an account is actively being boosted, generally punishments for boosting go out at the end of the season. Basically, if the "crime" is over and done with, Riot will many times wait until their big sting at the end of the season.

The point I'm trying to make is that your report may not have any immediate effect, but it's not going to just be ignored.

You think they are boosting and you want to report these accounts because of that. Just leave it be.

LMAO at the Board "Moderators" and "Advisers" down rating posts.

Pretty sure your definition of "boosting" are people who rekt you so hard you resorted to boosting excuses instead of admitting your inexperience.

Aren't boosters handled like bots, scripters, and the like? A big sweep every so often to catch everyone, but it doesn't let people know how they were caught. Thus keeping Riot's detection functioning longer as people can't find ways around it.

I wouldn't worry about it. You reported them. They'll be caught and punished. You can see proof with the people who are stupid enough to come to the boards and cry about being perma banned for "no reason".
