Rotating Game Mode for Halloween?

I'm a relatively new player (February of this year) and I was wondering if there was any type of RGM for the tales from the rift event to go along with the skins and map visual change. I haven't heard anything about it from any LoL news source and I thought a game mode called doom bots sometimes happens around this time. The Halloween login screen I saw earlier looked like a Worlds Halloween chroma so I wanted to know if there was more to Tales from the Rift or if it has always been more of a minor event.

Side Note: Not complaining if there is no gamemode, a map texture and event rewards are nice enough.

So far this years halloween has been pretty dissapointing compared to earlier seasons(at least for me) since Riot is focused to worlds but I really hope they have something up their sleeve. Edit:And yeah they may bring back doom bots(The Teemoing),would be cool if they did that.

Hey man. Every Halloween they typically release a few new skins and make older ones available for repurchase. I believe it's gonna be implemented later today.
