NERF DRAVEN!!!

how is it fair to have an ADC that beats everything early that 2 shots everything late game? oh yeah he can use conquer and deal true damage, why does draven get to use a keystone meant for melee fighters?! he shouldn't be dealing true damage thats so op for a ranged carry, hes not vayne at least vayne needs to scale AND GET TO LATE GAME, draven shouldnt be allow to use conqurer so effectively RIOT! if your going to give draven true Damage then you need to do the same for the rest of the adcs! Draven can spam all his abilities once conquer procs AND MAKE THE BEST USE OUT OF IT thats why its so op on him he gets to use it better then some melee champs riot! HIS LATE GAME IS to strong for him to have an strong EARLY game he 2 shots eveything that not a tank theres no ccounter play, and forget trying to 1v1 him he can legit just build BT and heal all the damage you deal to him and blow you up in 2 autos
