"early" surrendering

I feel like games are are won and lost at the 10 minute mark because after coming back a year later that there is a new movement of people where if everything does go 100% smooth the first 10 minutes they call for an early surrender when they can and if you dont they will immediately afk or int

I see this every game either on my team or in all chat from the enemy and it seems that there is always that guy in every game who decides who is going to win the game based on the first 5-10 minutes,

im not necessarily blaming this on early surrender but this was never a problem before I quit the game, people were not wanting to quit the game as soon as it started with the intention of spamming games to win instead of actualy playing full games to win
