Crap Report System?

So just last game I was toxic, my bot lane at first inted normally , then proceeded to purposely int and flame me, then the enemy jungler came in and started to flame me super hard and then detailed how I should kill myself in real life. I was quite toxic and obviously got a chat restriction, but they didn't get punished at all? either that or I just didn't get the report feedback, either way I find this complete BS. I didn't record or screenshot unfortunately so I don't any of the comms nor do I have the enemy eve detailing how I should kms. But regardless I want some feedback even if you think this is faked or something.

You don't always get the IFS message, it's very inconsistent. Punishments can also take time to be doled out, so just because someone is still playing or you didn't get the message confirming it doesn't mean they haven't been/won't be punished.

If you want to take it a step further, you can ask Riot support to look at the game through a Support Ticket. They won't disclose the outcome of the situation but it'll ensure that it's being looked at.
