People are getting matched with others 3-5 divisions above or below their current rank tier, every lobby is a coin-flip decided by which side got more people shoved into positions they have no idea how to play.
It just feels like there is no real playerbase anymore, and certainly not one big enough to support healthy matches at least.
I've been told it's because of the revert which is fucking over matchmaking a bit, so I'll reserve judgment until either Riot makes a statement, or until the bronze and unranked players stop/appear in greater quantities in gold.
What do you mean by player count? The number of players who log in and play a game in a given week? The number of players on at once? Just because someone plays LoL doesn't mean they're good or serious about it. I like LoL, I rarely have time during the week to play it, so I pretty much only play on weekends.
Haven't been autofilled in months, every single game I pick ADC I get ADC, maybe for other roles it's different.
