So many easy games have been lost because the majority of my teammates go full retard and chase kills they don't need when they could be getting Dragons, Barons, Towers etc instead.
They did it all the way from Silver V to Silver I and it looks like they're going to do the exact same thing from Gold V to Gold I, when do people finally start acting like they have the slightest bit of competence?
= find out if your team should be boosted to gold by getting objectives or see them lose hard being bronzies while reporting you.
When objectives do more to help me get my S rank for hextech crafting, I'll listen to you. Until then its tdm/minion farming time bois.
Kills are objectives, both for the gold they grant and the deathtimers they put on their enemies, and it's important to know when a good catch or fight may be worthwhile. You're right in the sense that 4 people chasing the enemy adc into their base when they have 4 dead instead of getting a baron or inhib or something is stupid (and it happens to me all the time lol.) That said, if a game were to be, for example, at 60 minutes, one kill is potentially more valuable than, say, a baron, since you have the ability to fight 4v5 whenever you want and put massive pressure on the enemies.
I'm unranked but I focus objectives, does that make me gold????
but seriously, I wish people would, you know, look to play as a team. That's kinda what the game's about.
Going 11/11/3 and no turrets is worse than being 2/4/10 with 3 turrets

to be fair 99.99% of winning teams have more kills.

Please stop already with the objective >>> kill lie. I have yet to see a game won where the enemy team are all 5 alive and the winning team simply ignores them and plows down the nexus and turrets nor do i see games where a team just takes all the objectives and wins without first getting kills to build the lead or numbers advantage that allows them to take an objective.
Here is the reality and fact of league of legends, KILLS >>> EVERYTHING with the stipulation that literally every other objective it taken following kills which leads to the advantage needed to safely take an objective. So no you are wrong in this game kills are what leads of objectives so kills come first them come objectives is the correct concept that needs to be espoused.
when you pit common sense vs dopamine... in a gaming scenario dopamine wins 99% of the time. the funny thing with chasing kills is, you chase it cus you think you can get it...sometimes ur wrong and its costs u baron
I got flamed a couple games ago for taking both to plane towers while a team fight went on mid, and when I defended myself by saying that I took two towers the guys response was "fuck the towers the teamfights more important"....
Like sorry that I'm literally the only one taking objectives while you all pretend its an aram or something in Midland.
From my promo games, I'd say once I started playing with diamond 5->masters players. Until then it was just TDM
