Boycott Riot for Worlds 2018

It's finally gotten out of hand in how Riot as a company mistreats its staff and player base. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and your future actions with this company should come under consideration.

It's appalling how they've treated women within their company, the rape jokes, jokes at the expense of the lgbtq community, jokes about having sex with other employees spouses, toxicity towards normal players seeking answers, the list goes on. They promote an environment where immaturity, power hungry behavior is encouraged and incentivized. These are little Harvey Weinstein's.

What is also troubling is the double standard to which they hold the player base to. Which is why I'm asking, if you've ever felt betrayed, taken advantage of, unfairly treated by this company, or if you don't condone their recent behavior- vote with your wallet.

I know not everyone there is a bad person, but it seems the bad nature of the company is above those few good people there. But you can do something about it.

World's is where Riot will make most of its money. It's easy for any company to throw out an apology, but if you let a few paragraphs win you are showing them that they can get away with anything. Despite any sort of post or actions for the remainder of the year, this lesson needs to stick and not get brushed over. Don't show them that they can get away with any behavior with a few tweets.

Let the lesson be learned, we will not support abusive behavior. Vote for the well being of employees and players. Vote no with your wallet this year.
