Though I have to say nerfig Evelynn and Ahri was a smart move Riot, it almost makes it look like you give a shit about balance and not just about selling more skins. I wonder if this is a test whether a recent nerf has a bad influence on sales.
Except they did actually nerf Kai'Sa and Akali recently, they're just still strong, as Ahri and Eve will continue to be
Actually Kai'Sa has nerfs on PBE together with the skin. If they will prevail, her skin will be released together with her nerfs.
Or we can just accept that skins and balance are unrelated to each other and not try to search for patterns where there aren't any.
