Dropping

At the beggining of this season I was the first person to hit play out of my friend group, and rose up to I think around mid plat 4. But since then I've plummeted all the way down to gold five. I dont understand because my main is better than ever, Lux. and alot of her counters are nerfed.

I dont get whats happened, has anyone else experienced this this season?
