Every time I relog it says 10-game chat restriction.

Once you've played 10 games to the end, (no remakes do not count) then it should fade

But it says I'm banned. I can use the shop to it's fullest ( I just bought Mordekaiser to test it), but "Play" is grayed out and inactive.

Pretty sure it's just lag given that your friends list/recent players hasn't loaded.

Based on your punishment history, would you expect a chat restriction or a ban? If you've recently served a 14-day ban, then I'd guess there was an error in which message was sent to you. If you had a reasonably clean history, then something else is amiss.

I'm just wondering what the issue is here, that's all. If they resolve it and it turns out it's actually banned, fine. But don't play games, son. If this is a banned account, why would you ever let me spend money on it. Permabans auto-logout after displaying the permaban message so there's no way you could waste money on it.

He did answer it. He's the person who has multiple accounts and preemptively makes more constantly because he's been banned so much.

Which is unfortunate for them because unlike 90% of the community, I have a job & money. Which I do spend on this game, but none of it goes to Rito because their business model is crap. Otherwise, I'd have no problem throwing them a bone once in a while.

You keep dancing around the actual issue. I get the impression you know you deserved a ban, but received a bugged message from Riot and want to muddy the waters further.

It says 10-game Chat Restriction.
The "Play" button says I'm banned.
