The score is 4 to 21 and you have all 4 kills for your team. And they won't FF. This is after they voted NO to the remake because the jungler was afk, not to mention the ADC thought he was in top lane for the first 7 minutes.

You endure the ~3 minutes it'll take for the enemy team to finish you off, probably.
Unless the enemy team is actively trolling yours, any surrender vote that SHOULD have passed but doesn't will, be definition, be followed by a defeat within a few minutes. If it takes longer, then the surrender vote probably shouldn't have passed.
I mean, you could just AFK farm. As much as I don't like when people do that if there's even a slight chance you can still win, sometimes it's in your best interest. Some games are just unwinnable.
I also find just saying "Baron?" in chat at a random time when grouped near mid or top will generally get your team aced.
