Without context this really means nothing, they could have just sat in lane the whole game and done little to help the team, they could have been the type of person to waltz into a lane and wait for the champion to get low health before getting the kill for little-no work or they could have been doing everything they could to help out their team and just not been able to.

See what I mean without context the score means very little.
