Same thing EU summoners are experiencing
After autofilled game my autofill is still activated and i got autofilled again.
I just selected Mid/Top as my preferred in ranked with autofill enabled. Completed the full match. Got set to support for that one; no big deal I know how auto fill works. Just queued again for another game and it states "autofill activated". Did they change something this pre-season all of a sudden that prevents you from being "auto activated" after you fill a role in queue?
