Bug Report: New Client Joining Games

This happened to me twice today so I know now it wasn't just a random quirk.

Occasionally when you are queuing for a Solo/Duo ranked (where you can select your preferred roles; haven't done Flex...it is the same setup just for more people) if more than one game in a row gets declined because someone doesn't accept or whatever sometimes you are unable to click on the next accept button, which forces you to dodge the queue. Both the Accept and Cancel buttons are greyed out during this time but the "game found ding" sound still occurs.

I am going to try to get a screen record of this to post since it happened more than once and I narrowed down when/how it happened.
