[Client] Clicking Play Again after a Bugsplatted load on a Ranked game sends you to custom lobby

How to reproduce:

1. Join ranked queue, get a bugsplat on load. So far this is the only trigger I've found. It may also be possible that this occurs in normal, bot and team builder queues as well.
2. Finish game, then click Play Again button.
3. Instead of requeueing into ranked, you get the custom game list.

Not game breaking, but strange nonetheless.

PS: Reinstalling game did not fix my occasional 10+ bugsplats upon load joining ranked games.
