Just saw this today and fuck, he's right. Like I only play ARAM nowadays and I wish i loved norms like i used to. This video touches on a lot and it leaves out one other reason as to why i only play aram with friends. The Partnership Program. It was the first pay to play aspect that Riot introduced but now its just "This is pay to play. Now that is pay to play" just, when will it end and when can we just ... have fun?

How is the LPP "pay to play"?
Its pay to play because Twitch Streamers are infamous about saying "I have a partner program chroma code but i only have insert random number here. Anyone who pays insert money amount here will be entered into a raffle to win the code." And then you have people partake in said raffle multiple times, bribe the streamer with extra money so they can bypass the raffle, OR my personal favorite the streamer gives out the code to one maybe two people and says "Welp thanks for the views all, see ya next stream". While us players who just want the chroma cause its cool get fucked over now by not just by riot's partner program but also by a 3rd party twitch streamer. I've seen this happen multiple times to myself, friends, and general nobodies. And quite honestly its shameful. If riot wants to make some funds off of a skin/chroma cause they know people would go crazy for it, why not just make that specific chroma/skin a little more expensive than the others but still allow everyone to buy it in the store? That** is why the Partner Program is pay to play, because its like a vegas gambling machine, you put 5 dollars in and get maybe $.25 back
