Anyone else think Lissandra needs to be buffed? Riot released her, nerfed her within her first week, and then just left her alone to the point of her not being very useful anymore.

Imo she's actually pretty good, but the matchups just aren't good for her in this meta. Maybe things will shift and she'll be alot stronger after runes reforged. Until then, I wouldnt change anything.

Taliyah, ori, syndra, lucian, kassadin.

It just seems like the strongest midlaners atm are all of her worst matchups.

Something I would like to see would be a change to her passive, but that wouldnt necessarily be a buff.

mid lane she isnt really even work picking at best she is a counter pick in mid lane vs a certain champ

and in top lane she is a bit more viable IMO vs if your team needs an ap /magic dealer when you have ad jungle, ad mid , adc comp

but then again i use her top and swain as well top

She definitely needs to be buffed. Or at least changed in some ways. In low elo it's hard to play Lissandra because she is so team reliant and in high elo it's hard to play her because it's easy to predict what she will do and you can easily play around her abilities. I feel like she has more weaknesses then strenghts right now. I would also give her a new passive and put the old passive on her Q or something.

All of her core items got nerfed in the last few years and all she got was a 5% ap buff on her Q. This, coupled with her useless passive and short range, makes her really hard be viable.
