League released Liss and then did nothing to her. Her last update was a graphics update. She is useless. Either fix her or delete her. Cause i'm tired of not being able to anything as her in game

She is weak. Why does she start with a base 57 AD and a base 35 AP when she's an ap champ? she automatically has a disadvantage right off the bat at the beginning of the game. And i love her which is why i play her but i want Riot to do their jobs and actually update champs that need to be updates instead of giving Ryze a third rework

Yeah i admit that she's boring. She's got a cool design and lots of potential, but i find that the execution is poor. Also her passive is the most boring of the game, even Xerath's has more interaction than hers.

She also feels binary in nature. If she's fed she can dive, burst squishies and survive. If she falls behind, she can't dive anymore, which means she is denied a huge part of her kit and falls ever more.

Just had a crazy idea. What if when using E, casting W made the nova spawn at her E's location, but in exchange she can't teleport anymore. It could open up some play potential.

Also her passive really should be a shield to help her survive.

Just had another crazy idea about her passive. What if ice shards drop when hitting enemies with spell, and picking up ice shard would grant her a small shield that stacks when picking multiple shards. It would help her survive dives, while not making her too resilient to poke.

I like her passive because it helps with what little burst she has that she needs. I don't mind the 18 secs you get 1 free spell. I utilize the fuck outta that on her ulti

Either you are lucky to see her, play 10 games a day, straight out lie or the data gathering sites are really unreliable and perhaps even drunk.

I still play her if i get stuck mid vs zed/akali. Her E is and always has been clumsy, but other than that I quite enjoy playing her. Her passive helps a lot with farming in lane and as long as you get 1 out of the first 3 blue buffs, you're pretty much set thanks to items and mana band.

So do I... so do I. >_< But damnit she is such an interesting character yet her passive feels so useless and not exciting! While I agree its great and all to have a free spell I cant get quite as excited since her mana costs feel like she hasnt a passive to begin with. Her passive is jsut there to balance her high mana cost kit. And her high mana cost kit is there to make her feel like her passive hadn't any other choice. She is a counterpick champion more than anything. I wish I could play her more often and feel like I'm having more impact. Some good things I truly enjoy: her CC is very nice and reliable and the ult option to be on myself or on an enemy is also really good <3

She is useless in mid lane because everyone minus 2 or 3 mid laning champs counter her or have better farming and outplaying availability than she does

She is not useless. You simply can't play her. I had a 60% win rate with Lissandra in the last season. Her engage is good, farming is ez and you are safe in lane because of her E.

But I agree that her kit feels a bit outdated. Her passive is boring and an excuse for high mana costs. The rest of her kit just needs an adjustment and some buffs. But she is NOT useless.

I'm lvl 7 with Sivir and I can't play ADC or Sivir at all. Levels mean nothing.

i only get mastery levels with champs that i like and that i spend time playing so to me they do mean something
