League released Liss and then did nothing to her. Her last update was a graphics update. She is useless. Either fix her or delete her. Cause i'm tired of not being able to anything as her in game

Cold and forgotten.... just like the Watchers. One day they will return, she says so and I will believe her.
She's not even weak though. Also, if you don't like her, why play her?
Yeah i admit that she's boring. She's got a cool design and lots of potential, but i find that the execution is poor. Also her passive is the most boring of the game, even Xerath's has more interaction than hers.
She also feels binary in nature. If she's fed she can dive, burst squishies and survive. If she falls behind, she can't dive anymore, which means she is denied a huge part of her kit and falls ever more.
Just had a crazy idea. What if when using E, casting W made the nova spawn at her E's location, but in exchange she can't teleport anymore. It could open up some play potential.
Also her passive really should be a shield to help her survive.
Just had another crazy idea about her passive. What if ice shards drop when hitting enemies with spell, and picking up ice shard would grant her a small shield that stacks when picking multiple shards. It would help her survive dives, while not making her too resilient to poke.
She is really fun vs Zed :D

She is not useless. You simply can't play her. I had a 60% win rate with Lissandra in the last season. Her engage is good, farming is ez and you are safe in lane because of her E.
But I agree that her kit feels a bit outdated. Her passive is boring and an excuse for high mana costs. The rest of her kit just needs an adjustment and some buffs. But she is NOT useless.
In the mage update they said that
