help

anyone else having problems with lag. i started to get random lag today and it happens as soon as i get into game. the ping goes up to 15,ooo and i cant even leave base. I've tried everything from exiting the game to re-installing it and re patching it to checking all my drivers and updating them nothing works. I've opened a ticket to riot support and tweeted them but i haven't received any help from them. i know its not my interned because nothing else is lagging on my PC or in my home and i cant figure out why it doesn't work. i need help please.
