shaman (totem) type champ concept (pole)
I was thinking that having a champ that can create different totems in the game would be a great idea. having a support champ that can create different totems based on his abilities would make a strong lane partner. His totems should be his passive id call it runic echos, and it would work kind of like Annie's stun where it would charge up with his abilities. something like every Fourth ability would leave a "runic Echo" of that ability, so if he used three abilities the fourth would leave a totem that would correspond with that ability. His three main abilities should be something like this: Q: healing wave; a channeled ability that will heal allies in a short range Aoe or he can also self cast it to heal himself while he channels it, the totem effect would leave a totem down for like 10 seconds at the feet of the furthest champion healed that will heal for a bit and give you a small shield if your at full hp while your standing in the AOE field. W: shock wave; a skill shot where he shoots a bolt of lightning that when it either hits an enemy or it travels its full distance a few bolts will also come down in an Aoe circle doing a decent amount of damage, the totem effect would be that it would leave a totem that will do damage in the Aoe circle where the lightning hit and stay there for about 10 seconds E: Runic force; this is a CC ability that basically knocks back enemy champions and silences or slows them for a second, the totem effect would leave a totem that slows and reduces damage by a certain effect. this is effectively a weaker version of exhaust that only affects a small Aoe. R: runic rage; basically just supercharges the next ability to either heal more, do more damage, or turn the slow into a stun that also slows after the stun duration is over. it will also leave three totems of the ability that was supercharged down in a triangle to maximize the area that they affect. All in all he can only have 3 or 4 totems out at any point and there not all that powerful alone. its when he stacks them that they get really strong but the totems can be destroyed by attacking them and there HP scales of of the champions hp. this can work as a balancing thing if you build full ap then the totems can basically be one-shot but if you focus on hp and tanky-ness then they do no damage, so you have to balance out your play style to maximize there usefulness.
I can see a back line supportive champion that focuses on healing poking and cc-ing the enemies. utilizing his totem to either heal his adc or zone out the enemies. his totems can also be used as wards that only last for 10 seconds or until they are destroyed. in big team fights he can either mitigate a lot of damage with E, do a bunch of damage with W, or heal his whole team in a large area while there fighting with hie Q. having this set of skills would make a really versatile support.
On a side not i think that the aesthetic of this champ should me a male yordle champ. pretty much all of the supports are either female or a few big brawny male tanks, i think it would be great to have a male support that isn't the stereotypical big "manly man" I.E. Taric, Braum, and yes even Thresh.
