Who's in charge of keeping the Champion info page up to date?

It would be nice if the champion page to be updated more frequently, most champions on the roster have outdated summaries of their abilities and some videos that showcase them(excluding the spotlights) are really old and could be replaced, some champions i've noticed have still had wrong info about them for months already and its quite annoying to introduce a friend to league but most details are outdated.
